New CE Information

Sample CEU Participation Form

There will be changes in how most of you will be documenting your convention attendance this year.  Please read the following information carefully.  If you have any questions, check in at the Continuing Educaiton table near convention registration.

ASHA CE Transcript

  • We are no longer using session evaluation forms for each session attended.  These are the forms that you previously completed and turned in at the end of each session you attended, in order to get that attendance placed on your ASHA CE transcript.
  • We now have a single "ASHA CE Participation Form" for ou to use to track all sessions attended;  this form will be available on the CE table.
  • You will still need ot fill out ONE ASHA scantron (bubble) form in order for your convention attendance to be listed on your ASHA CE transcript.  This form will also be available on the CE table.
  • Please remember to turn in BOTH completed forms at the registration table BEFORE you leave convention.  If you neglect to do so, hour convention attendance will not be printed on your ASHA CE transcript.

WVBESLPA CE Booklet

  • As always, there will be forms available at the CE table for any convention attendee wishing to keep track of their continuing education for their WV license.
  • These forms are for you to keep for your records;  do NOT turn them in.

Marshall University Graduate Credit

  • We will again be offering one hour of graduate credit through Marshall University for your convention attendance.
  • You MUST already have a bachelor or higher degree to qualify
  • Attendance of at least 15 hours of convention sessions is MANDATORY.
  • Applications and attendance verification forms will be available at the CE table.
  • Tere will be an additional charge of $65.00 for this service.  Checks should be made out to WVSHA and turned in, along with BOTH forms, BEFORE you leave convention.

   Continuing Education
