MEMBERSHIP DIRECTORY AD INFORMATION Ads in the annual WVSHA membership directory should be formatted as follows.  The most important detail is that the ads should be 300 dpi resolution at 100% reproduction.  If you are sending ads in digital form, please make the files either eps, tif, pic, jpeg or pdf.  Ads translate the best when formatted in Macintosh Adobe Illustrator 7.0, Pagemaker 7.0 or Photoshop 5.5.  Word processed ads do not translate well.  A camera-ready ad is also acceptable. All ads will be printed in black/white.  Size specifications and pricing are as follows: Inside Front/Back Full-Page:  7 1/2 x 10 (first come-first serve) $500.00 Full-Page:  7 1/2 x 10 $300.00 Half-Page:  7 1/2 x 5 7/8 $175.00 Quarter-Page:  3 5/8 x 5 7/8 $100.00 For the 2007 Membership Directory, Ads should be emailed or mailed (in electronic form, if possible) by the end of January of each year. The number of publications varies by year from three to four issues.  The newsletter is 8.5" x 11" and is at least eight pages in length.  Each issue is mailed to our membership of nearly 400 Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists working in a variety of settings in West Virginia.  We also have several members who reside in bordering states.
