We, at the University of Kansas, are interested in service delivery models in the schools. The 3:1 model of service delivery has been discussed for almost two decades as one way to address the growing caseloads and additional demands speech-language pathologists in the schools are experiencing yet it does not appear to be widely used. We are conducting this study to better understand the use and impact of the 3:1 service delivery model in the public schools. The 3:1 service delivery model for school-based speech language pathologists is when the speech-language pathologist conducts three weeks of direct intervention followed by one week of indirect services.  We would like your input whether you use the 3:1 model or not.  This will entail your completion of a survey. The survey is expected to take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
We would very much appreciate your participation.
