Lifetime Membership Application

Lifetime Membership is available to current WVSHA Members who meet the following requirements:

Are at least 65 years old and have turned 65 prior to the membership year, and
Have at least 10 consecutive years or 25 cumulative years of WVSHA membership immediately prior to reaching age 65.

To apply for Lifetime Membership, complete the form below. Applicants will hear from the VP of Membership via email after the lifetime membership is awarded.
